Account Termination Process

You may terminate your AccessReal account at any time through the self-service account termination feature available on the platform. Once a termination request is submitted, the process will take effect immediately, and no further identity verification will be required.

Data Deletion and Retention

Upon termination of your account, AccessReal will permanently delete all personal information associated with your account, including, but not limited to, your name, contact information, and any other identifiable data. Product scan data or query results linked to your account will be anonymized to ensure they are no longer identifiable to you.

Irreversibility of Account Termination

Account termination is a final and irreversible action. Once your account has been terminated, you will no longer have access to any services or data associated with the account, including, but not limited to, product verification tools, scan history, or query results. You acknowledge that AccessReal shall not be responsible for restoring any data or services after the account has been terminated.

Outstanding Issues

Before proceeding with the termination of your account, you are required to resolve any outstanding issues related to your account, including, but not limited to, pending requests or unresolved matters. AccessReal will not process any further requests related to the terminated account.

Security Considerations

AccessReal recommends that you initiate the account termination process in a secure and trusted environment to safeguard your personal information. AccessReal disclaims any liability for consequences arising from unauthorized access or improper handling of your personal information during the termination process.

Modifications to the Policy

AccessReal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify this User Account Termination Policy at any time. Such amendments or modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the platform. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
